FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
TONY SINGH

With nearly two decades of senior executive experience in real estate and financial services, Tony Singh founded MILTON ROSE in 2024 with a clear mission: to add value by connecting insights with action.

Tony has held senior roles as an institutional investor, funds manager, and strategic advisor with leading firms including Salter Brothers, ISPT, EY and Frontier Advisors. Career highlights include:

  • Executing over A$2 billion in landmark transactions across office and hotel sectors.

  • Establishing a new real estate funds management business and advising multiple firms on scaling and commercialisation.

  • Authoring institutional research on macroeconomics, real estate, hotels and capital markets.

  • Delivering substantial valuations for major commercial assets across office, hotel, industrial, retail, mixed-use, development sites, and land-rich infrastructure.

  • Advising large institutional investors on strategic management of unlisted and listed real asset portfolios.

Through this breadth of experience, Tony offers deep, practical insights into institutional investment and funds management, combined with a proven ability to solve complex problems through careful, considered analysis.
